Avara Digital SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages sent by Avara Digital LLC ("Avara Digital," "we," "us"). Avara Digital builds websites for local trade and service businesses.

Our texts are about the preview website we built for your business and our website services. They include the link to your preview site, reminders and follow-ups about it, help finishing a purchase you started, and, if you become a customer, messages about your account and billing.

How you sign up

We text you only after you agree. Usually a representative asks during a phone call whether we can text you the link to your preview site and a few follow-ups about it. If you say yes, we record your agreement, the date and time, and the representative's name.

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies. Most people receive a few texts in the first two weeks after signing up, and no more than about one a month after that. Customers may also receive account and billing texts.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Stopping texts and getting help

• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL, or tell us in any reasonable way. We will send one final text confirming you are unsubscribed, then no more texts unless you sign up again.
• To get help: reply HELP or INFO, or email info@avaradigital.com.
• To start again: reply START.

Our confirmation when you opt out reads: "Avara Digital: You're unsubscribed and will get no more texts. Reply START to resubscribe."

Our reply when you ask for help reads: "Avara Digital: For help, email info@avaradigital.com. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

Other terms

• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we never share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in information to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
• Changes: we may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
